Questions

Good to know

How do you play Bonodoku?

The grid is split into colored rooms. Place exactly one Bono in every room, every row and every column. Bonos are shy: two Bonos may never touch, not even at the corners. Tap a spot once for a Bono and twice for an ✕, your note that no Bono hides there.

Is Bonodoku like Star Battle or the Queens puzzle?

Yes. Bonodoku uses the same rules as the one-star Star Battle puzzle, also known as Queens: one per region, row and column, with no two touching. Bonodoku wraps them in a cozy world with characters to collect and a gentle learning curve.

Do I ever need to guess?

No. Every puzzle has exactly one solution and can be solved by logic alone. The whole level pack is checked by an independent solver.

Is Bonodoku free?

Bonodoku will be free to download. Optional in-app purchases may be offered; they are never needed to finish a puzzle.
